Lately I see these fluorite "worms" appearing on the market. They look beyond suspicious to me. Any thoughts on these? Are they for real?

These fluorite on amethyst specimens are reportedly from Nashik, Maharashtra, India. I haven't seen one in person, but I suppose the fluorite "balls" can form connected. Here's another: https://www.minfind.com/mineral-603325.html

A dealer in Tucson at 22nd street had many this year, when I casually mentioned interest in them he very quickly indicated they were carved. I would suspect that with the above pictured specimen.
