As for the Emerald-Fuchsite association, it shall depend on the parent lithology: if aluminous, then Muscovite/Fuchsite, rather than Biotite, shall be possible.
A quick association search in Mindat returned a number of localities, including Habachtal, Austria. One of the pictures shows Emerald in green Mica, which is not identified in the descirption, but the color looks right for Fuchsite, although it can be Chlorite as well.
