https://www.mindat.org/photo-20788.html I recently had some of this analyzed and it came back tellurobismuthite. It was sold to me as Kawazulite. Mine is associated with gold and looks identical to this and the other photos. One claims to be analyzed so if that is true then every sample needs to be analyzed before putting a label on it.

I have analyzed three "kawazulites" from there and they all came back as tellurobismuthite, no Se....

So, I don't doubt that kawazulite exists there, but I have yet to analyze one...

Informed a friend who hopefully can jump in here and solve the problem.

Thanks Chris,

according to my information, no kawazulite was found in Jílové gold mines (I will check it next week). Anyway, a lot of specimens which has been sold as buckhornite (buckhornite is confirmed from Jílové) or others rare tellurides from there are in fact tetradymites or tellubismuthites which are the most widespread tellurides there. Everything like this needs to be checked.
