A former Ag-Pb occurrence/mine located in sec. 35, T20N, R10E, SBM, about 8.2 km NNE of Kingston Peak (summit), N of Tacopa Pass, near the Inyo County line, on private land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include Precambrian rocks, undivided, unit 1 (Death Valley).

Workings include unspecified underground openings (the topo map reflects a string of 3 adit symbols at the end of an unimproved, dead end road labeled the "Blackwater Mine").
