But in general, if there is only a single mine near a town/village, and especially when the mine and the town have the same name, it's not necessary to add it.
For example,
Geita Mine, Geita, Geita Region, Tanzania
This is unnecessary overkill. Best to simplify it to just
Geita Mine, Geita Region, Tanzania
