This distinct crystal is very small about 10mm long. Can it be identified?

Again small only about 10mm it looks a mess at first but appears on second sight to be coated crystals

Where is this from, Cornwall? Judging by the others you posted, some copper mineralization from Cornwall I suppose. Cuprite comes to mind, but hard to tell from the given images. All the best.

Top one looks the right shape for anatase, but it is not shiny enough.

Has it been cleaned? Try scrubbing with toothbrush and washing liquid.

Hi Malcolm, What is it's hardness? Have you tried an acid test? And a good clean of this specimen looks necessay!
