I'm hoping someone here can identify the rootbeer-brown (with bits of sparkly white) specimen pictured below and provide info on its likely locality.
Please note: in Photo 1 it appears that this specimen in flat on one end, but in reality both ends have three facets that terminate at a point. On one end the three facets are relatively similar in size; on the other end one facet is much larger than the other two simarly-sized facets.
