HI I have a strange looking specimen does any one have a clou,

i don't have a locality, probebly Germany.


The bottom looks like barite and the top cerrusite.

It is only baryte without any cerussite. Quite usual aggregate.

For me it whas quite unusual because i have many barite but none like this one.

Yes, baryte. If it is a German specimen, most likely it's from Erzgebirge Mts., Saxony. I have seen and had some specimen from there quite similiar to yours. They were from Bögl Quarry, Dörfel, Annaberg and from Wolkenstein, Marienberg.
