Techniques for CollectorsCleaning Brookite from Nausherwani Mine,Zard mountains
22nd Aug 2010 20:54 UTCNauroz Nausherwani
It seems Brookite crystals are coated with Iron stains, please correct me if I am wrong. To reveal its real beauty it should be cleaned . Boiling specimen in Oxalic Acid may work but please tell me the safest way because Brookite is very fragile and I don't want to loose this rare specimen.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Nauroz Nausherwani from Nausherwani Mines ,Kharan.
