Here are specimens of Fassaite from the vicinity of the intermediate dike cutting across the Solitude Fork of Big Cottonwood Creek near Brighton, Utah.

Hi Ralph! (My opinion) The radiating morphology is curious...but seems to me also pyroxene. The alpine Tremolite I have in mind is not the same. Best regards, Simone

I wouldn't even exclude vesuvianite.
