Techniques for CollectorsWashnigton State Micromount Groups?

19th Aug 2018 04:48 UTCDoug Schonewald

I have scoured the world wide web and can find nothing on micro mounting groups in Washington. Does anyone know if there is a group in Washington State or the PNW? If so could you please share a contact or a website link. Thanks.

There is a micro mount group that meets twice a year, in May and November in Camas, WA. The next meeting is November 10th at the Camas-Washougal Firehouse from about 9:30 to 4. Microscope time, lunch, free table, presentations and fellowship. Our website is still under construction.

The Pacific North West Friends of Mineralogy Symposium is October 19-21 in Kelso, WA. Many micro mounters attend and vend there. www.pnwfm.org

Beth,

This information is much appreciated. Do you have any contact information for the gathering in Camas?

As president of the group I think I can answer most of your questions. I am not sure I should post my email address so just ask here, I guess.

Hi Beth,

You could always send Douglas a Private Message.

Beth,

I just sent you a PM with a few questions. There are a lot of blank pages on this side so be patient.

Douglas and I are exchanging private messages. I had not realized that we had that option. Thanks.
