Shinkodo, South Hamgyong Province, North Korea

Mid-Precambrian limestone and dolomite of the Matenrei system, metamorphosed to serpentine-bearing marbles by a granitic intrusion. A village about 25 km NW of Kisshu city in northeastern North Korea.
