A former Au mine located in sec. 13, T2N, R13E, MDM, on the N slope of Carson Hill near Angels Camp, near Carson Hill (populated place), at an altitude of 4,550 feet (1,500 meters), about equidistant from Carson Hill and Melones. Owned by the Carson Hill Gold Mining Corp.

Mineralization is hosted in caboniferous rocks.
