A former Cu-Au-Ag occurrence/mine located in sec. 25, T6S, R4W, SBM, 4.2 km (2.6 miles) NE of Wildomar, along the S side of Bundy Canyon, S of Bundy Canyon Road (5 miles SE of Elsinore), on private (patented) land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in schist and granite. The ore body strikes N10W and dips 65E. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks , unit 2 (Peninsular Ranges) and/or Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).
Workings include underground openings comprised of an inclined shaft sunk to a depth of 60 feet on the vein. At the 60 foot level, a crosscut has been driven E 20 feet with drifts running N & S from the crosscut.
