I do not read Polish, but it seems to be an article on the gold in Mała Panew here:

- Knut - great job! I added traditional references, changed 'Locality type' to 'Alluvial Deposit (Research Phase)' - first discovered: 2015; Age: 541 ± 1.0 Ma to present day + abstract from that paper.

PS. I write in Polish, because there would be too many mistakes in Google translation

... in addition to pure gold (95% of samples) in those with admixtures of other minerals, only silver was found ...
heretic nonsense :)

… also in the smelters and furnaces in the area of Mała Panew, they could do similar procedures and not necessarily from local material …

"The presence of gold in the Opole region is related to the Warta glaciation and the emergence of the Wroclaw-Bremen ice-marginal valley at the glacial forehead. "

… The area of the presented research is most probably related to the Warta glaciation and the emergence of the Wrocław-Bremen ice-marginal glade at the forehead. The present Mała Panew river is mainly eroded by post-glacial and quaternary sediments. Analyzing gilts and their elemental composition, it is impossible to diagnose the origin of gold found next to Opole
… This is not a work about the origin of gold ...
