A former Hg-Au-Ag-Mn-Mo mine located in sec. 5, T1S, R10E, about 3¾ miles N of E from Gold Canyon Ranch along Perata Road and about 9 miles E of Apache Junction. References locate the property in sec. 31, 10E.

Mineralizaton is hosted in schist.
