In 2000, 3 holes were drilled into the deposit with high grade gold found in the south-west corner. Grades ranged from 2.77 to 15.2 g/t. There was further drilling in 2001. Estimated resource is 29 000 tonnes of ore at 5.06 g/t yielding 4 700 ounces of gold.
