A former surface and underground Cu-Pb-Ag-Au mine located in the SE¼NE¼SE¼ sec. 13, T7N, R18W, on land of unknown status. Owned at times, or in part, by Jackson & Lount; Jackson; Smith; Pioche & Arizona Copper & Gold Mining Co.; Worley Mercantile Co.; and Whitaker. Mr. Heckler had unspecified involvement here (1914).

Mineralization is spotty, lensing, oxidized copper, lead, silver, and gold ores, with sulfides at depth, along a fault zone at intersections with cross fractures, in metamorphosed Mesozoic schist, with interbedded andesite and cut by diorite dikes.

Workings include shaft and surface operations. This mine was worked from the early 1900's to about 1914. It produced some 200 tons of ore averaging about 7% Cu, 2% Pb, 3 oz. Ag/T, and 1.6 oz. Au/T.
