Mineralization is hosted in Pliocene rhyolite. The ore body form is undetermined at a thickness of 0.03 meter. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
