A former Cu-Au occurrence/mine located in sec. 31, T3N, R27E, SBM, 4.1 km (2.5 miles) WNW of Parker Dam (town), N of Minnick Wash and W of the Gene Wash Reservoir. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in gneiss. The ore body is 1.22 meters thick. Controls for ore emplacement included a fault zone. Ore occurs in several veins near the contact between Pre-Cambrian gneiss and Tertiary volcanic rocks. Associated rocks include Pliocene/Neoproterozoic volcanic rock (aphanitic). Local rocks include Precambrian igneous and metamorphic rock complex and/or Tertiary nonmarine rocks, undivided.

Workings include surface and underground openings. The deposit was explored for a few hundred feet by a drift adit, several pits and shallow, inclined shafts. Another vein was explored by a 300 foot adit.

The latest period of activity was by the lessee in 1950. Two cars of ore were shipped.
