A Cu prospect located in sec. 33, T13N, R19E, SBM, 6.8 km (4.2 miles WNW of the coordinates of record (Juniper Mine topo map) for the Piute Valley, E of the Piute Range [N] and W of the Nevada state line (pretty much in the middle of nowhere). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.
Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
