A former underground Au-Cu-Ag mine. Discovered by Mr. J.R. Brown in 1896. Closed 1941. Claims extend into the S½SW¼SW¼ of sec. 15, the S½SE¼SE¼ of sec. 16, and the E½NE¼ of sec. 21.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. Ore control was faulting. No alteration noted.
