Hi Matteo,

I assume the "Gallura" described in this book is the region in North-Eastern Sardinia, Italy?

Doing a locality search with "Gallura" on Mindat does not show that region, BTW.
Cheers, Herwig

Yes, Gallura is is an historical region of Sardinia, in the north est.

There is not Gallura alone on Mindat, but you can find:
Punta Falcone and Priatu Quarries, both in the Gallura area.
Then I think we can geologically assign to Gallura also Maddalena, Caprera, Santo Stefano isles with their well-known granite quarries

Thanks, Antonio!

Cheers, Herwig
