Found within Pt-Fe micronuggets, 0.1-1 mm in size. Found with Pt3Fe with which it may have originated as a daughter phase of a supposed Pt6CuFe compound.
It is not sure if this phase is identical to or differs from 'Unnamed (Pt-Cu Alloy)'.
