Tchakras, Amasra regionLaurentiaux D. (1946)ÇakrazbozLaurentiaux states that the sampled unit overlies the Carboniferous coals and assigns a probable Rhaetian (or perhaps Lower Jurassic) age based on the conchostracan "Estheria (Euestheria) minuta var. brodiei Jones." The Çakrazboz Formation contains a latest Triassic flora (mentioned in Gand et al., 2011), so is presumably the source for the insects.marl208.5 - 201.3 Ma
