Royal Mine; Silver Key Mine
A lead-silver mine on the North Fork of Clugston Creek. The ore occurred as a vein in argillite, a vein in dolomite, and a breccia zone in limestone. Development consisted of 2500', 700', and 450' long adits along with an 80' and 20' deep shaft. It produced 220 tons of ore reported contain 182 oz Ag, 139 lbs Cu, 24,000 lbs Pb, and 5,000 lbs Zn.
