Stated in Smith's 1903 report as north of Old Halls Creek.
Originally held by a company, but when inspected in 1903, the lease had been abandoned for many years. The shaft was inaccessible. The reef was a series of small quartz veins and stringers of laminated quartz of a short length. 78 tonnes had been produced for 56 ounces of gold.
There was also a Jackson's Reef South, the reef described as similar to the above but smaller.
