MRDS database Dep. ID file #10039915, MRDS ID #M051100.

A Cu occurrence/prospect located in sec. 15, T11S, R8E.

Mineralization is an ore zone 670.56 meters long hosted in diabase and Precambrian Oracle Granite. Ore control was old, intrusive channelways. Alteration includes quartz-sericite-pyrite (?); propylitic.

This is a broad zone of alteration centered on the diabase dike. It extends north for 500 feet (160 meters) and south for 1/3 mile (about 570 meters). Strong quartz veining observed; probably also quartz-sericite-pyrite.
