A mine on the Buckeye vein. Started before 1880 and owned by Mrs. Eliza DeLuce (circa 1933). Exact location unknown. A Mr. Crowder had unspecified involvement here.
Mineralization concerns small areas of slate cut by large dikes of diorite porphyry and smaller dikes of quartz porphyry outcrop through gravels. Vein is near the contact between the 2 types of dikes.
Workings include shafts.
