An U occurrence/group of claims located in the SW¼ sec. 1, T11N, R27E, G&SRM, 16.4 km (10.2 miles) SSW of St. Johns, on private land.

Carnotite-type mineralization occurs at the base of thin, argillaceous sandstone in the lower part, Petrified Forest Member, overlain by the Bidahocki Formation, and underlain by gray Chinle shale. Carbonized wood fragments, gypsum and copper staining are present. Radiation level is 50x background. Local rocks include rocks of the Chinle Formation.

Workings include a 200 x 30 x 20 foot deep rim cut, 2 trenches (1955).
