A former Au occurrence/mine located in sec. 8, T13N, R12E, MDM, 6.1 km (3.8 miles) WNW of Zuver, on the N wall of Long Canyon (S slope of Ralston Ridge), on private land within a National Forest area. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. Clark apparently refers to this mine simply as the "Ralston."
Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).
