A stone (crushed/broken) deposit located in sec. 17, T10S, R3E, MDM, 3.2 km (2.0 miles) W of Lions Peak (coordinates of record) and 6.1 km (3.8 miles) WSW of San Martin, along the W side of Uvas Creek at the Thousand Trails park. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Local rocks include rocks of the Franciscan Complex, unit 1 (Coast Ranges).
