A former small underground Pb-Ag-Au-Cu mine located in East-central sec. 13, T.20S. R.22E, and in sec. 18, T20S, R23E, About 1½ miles SE of Tombstone, on private land. Adjoins the Tombstone Extension Mine. Operated at times, or in part, by the Woronoco Co., Tombstone Mining Co. and the American Smelting and Refining Co. (ASARCO).

Mineralization is a pipe-like ore body comprised of largely oxidized argentiferous galena in vein-like replacements of gougy fault breccia in Cretaceous Bisbee Group beds along a strong fault zone intersected by 'northeast' fissures. Ore control was largely oxidized argentiferous galena along a strong fault zone N30-35E, 75W, intersected by a fissure with NE strike, 35SE. Alteration is Bisbee Limestone recrystallized.

Workings include shafts. Some intermittent production occurred in the early 1900's and over 40,000 tons of ore were produced from 1930 through 1954 by the group. Production statistics were included under the Tombstone group.
