Comments:Occurs in conjunction with a magnetite orebody hosted in Cork Hill gneiss at its contact with Precambrian Franklin marble. Palache (1935) describes this mineral as part of a mineral assemblage that almost certainly indicates its occurrence in a secondary vein.
