Form part of the group of mines of lead located between the towns of El Molar and Bellmunt del Priorat.
It was the last to stop working and has the particularity of presenting two types of mineralization, the normal at the area, breccia veins related to porphyry and besides veins associated with faults in the contact of the porphyry and slates.
In the later stages of exploitation were found nice Cerussite specimens in drusen of twinned crystals
