In the valley between the Veľký and Malý Grič and the Priest's peak already in 1918 found coal close to the surface. Entrepreneur Hubert Krassny to the area leased and opened to them surface quarrying - Quarry Constantine. From 1920 to 1927 extracted from the quarry 118 192.9 tons of brown coal, then abandoned quarry and the quarry area was artificially filled with water and pond used for rearing fish.
My claim is located about 50 m from the inlet to the quarry, the creek upstream.
