Found by D. Carlisle in January 1966. Described as a pellet, with all sides covered by a black fusion crust. It is an olivine-hypersthene chondrite, very recrystallised with a creamy grey interior. Plagioclase has been converted to maskelynite. Beyond this the stone is too small to determine more. It is housed in the Western Australian Museum.
Many of the meteorite finds around Cocklebiddy and Sleeper Camp were made by the Carlisle family who were rabbit trappers in the area in the 1960's. In particular A.J. Carlisle, his brother H.E. Carlisle, and two sons A.J. Carlisle Jr, and D. Carlisle. McCall suggested that no other family had found so many meteorites in the world to that point.
The meteorite had a mass of 6.4g.
