A former Ag-Au-Pb occurrence/mine located in the NW¼NW¼NE¼ sec. 5, T23N, R18W, G&SRM, 2.4 km (1.5 miles) W of Chloride, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by Bob Dixon, Arizona (1978). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Early Proterozoic granitic rocks.
