A former Au mine located in the NW¼ (estimated) sec. 6, T16S, R39E, MDM, 4.4 km (2.8 miles) N of Cerro Gordo Peak (coordinates of record). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters. This mine was possibly incorporated into later development under different name(s).

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a vein that varies from a seam to 5 feet in thickness. The ore body is bunchy in nature at a thickness of 1.52 meters. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 1 (Mojave Desert and Death Valley area).

Workings include underground openings comprised of 2 adits at 60 and 300 feet in length, connected by a 100 foot winze.
