A Au occurrence located in sec. 25, T10S, R21E, MDM, 1.1 km (3,600 feet) W of Crook Mountain. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
MRDS file note: "Mine reported on the San Joaquin River S of Hildreth. NOTE: Mine may now be under water of Millerton Lake." The coordinates provided by the MRDS file place this mine high on the divide between Fine Gold Creek and the San Joaquin River (Millerton Lake), which is contradictory to the above note.
