A former lode Au mine located in sec. 31, T34N, R5W and in sec. 36, T34N, R6W, MDM, (coordinates accurate), 1.1 km (3,600 feet) W of Mammoth Butte (coordinates of record), along an unnamed tributary of the North Fork Squaw Creek. The property consists of 9 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. District name Flat Creek per MRDS file (?).

Mineralization is hosted in granitoid and porphyry. The ore body is pinch and swell in form, striking N80W and dipping 50N, at 1.22 meters thick and with a length of 97.54 meters. There is a series of ore veins on the property. Ore is Au associated with sulphides. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 1 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings consisting of a 230 foot shaft with 3 levels, drifts, raises at 50 feet and a 130 foot stope.

Production was 415 tons of ore milled. No production record found.

Analytical data results: Au & sulphides assayed together at $5 - $9/ton (period values).
