A former lode Au mine located in sec. 2, T1S, R14E, MDM, 3.3 km (2.1 miles) S of Stent and 2.3 km (7,400 feet) NNE of Chinese Camp, on Woods Creek, N of the Eagle-Shawmut Mine. Property is comprised of 4 claims. MRDS accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is hosted in rocks of the Seiad Valley Complex (greenstone & slate). The ore body strikes N45W and dips 65NE. Stringer ore deposits on the main Mother Lode vein consist of footwall, hanging wall and contact veins. Serpentine occurs at the footwall, slate on the hanging wall. Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings with a length of 952.2 meters and comprised of a 900 foot crosscut adit with a 640 foot winze and drifts at every 100 feet along the winze. Also 14 adits on the veins.
