The Valkenburg flint mines are a complex of seven prehistoric mines in Valkenburg in the Dutch province of Limburg, where flint was extracted in prehistoric times. They are located on the Plenkertstraat on the northern edge of the Polferbos forest. The foot of the slope was once excavated here, which destroyed part of the flint mines and left another part exposed and visible in the southern Geul valley wall. They are close to the entrance to the Roman Catacombs and the former De Leeuw beer brewery.

The flint mines are a geological monument.

On the other side of the city center, near the Sibbergrubbe, are the Biebosch flint mines in the Biebosch.

To the southwest of the flint mines lies the Heide quarry with the Roman Catacombs, and to the southeast are the Quarry under the Rock Park and the Heksenkeuken quarry ("Witches' Kitchen quarry").
