A former Au-Cu-Ag occurrence/mine located in the NE¼ sec. 34, T11N, R14W, G&SRM, in the southeastern Kimble Sub-district, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by Good Hope Mining and Exploration Company, California (1944). Operated by C. E. Brown, Arizona (1944). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.

Mineralization is a NW-trending, NE-dipping fault zone in gneiss. It is characterized by fractured and silicified gneiss, veins and lenses of quartz, breccia and gouge. Mineralization includes secondary copper minerals. Local rocks include Middle Miocene to Oligocene sedimentary rocks.

Workings include unspecified surface and underground openings.
