Small Pb-Zn-Cu deposit.
The mineralization was re-discovered during road construction works in 1978. One adit was backfilled again, another one could be preserved. The oldest works date back to the 15th and 16th centuries.

β Anglesite Formula: PbSO4 |
β Azurite Formula: Cu3(CO3)2(OH)2 |
β Baryte Formula: BaSO4 |
β Formula: PbCu3(AsO4)2(OH)2 Description: The only sample of Tieftobel heimite, which shows distinct crystals, was originally thought to be bayldonite. Both minerals have similar chemical compositions. After the first discovery of heimite at its type-locality, the alleged bayldonite from Tieftobel was re-analyzed - partly because of the too-good-to-be-true crystals - and found to be heimite (color, chemistry and crystal forms all match).
