Magnetite ore, BIF-type of BIF-like (?).

Metamanganolites (gondites/coticules), once treated as iron formations, within gneisses - one of the occurrences within the Sobotin gabbro-amphibolite massif.

The gneisses bear magnetite ores mined between the XVII and XIX centuries, and then in the XX century.

The gneiss sedimentary protolith is suggested to be synchronic with black smokers emanations that delivered manganese to it.

Note: coordinates approximated from Kropáč et al. (2012).
