A surface Cu prospect located in sec. 34, T6S, R20E, 3 miles NE of Klondyke, on National Forest land.

Mineralization is pod-shaped ore body hosted in Pinal Schist and seems to parallel the regional trend of the Pinal Schist. An associated rock unit is the Copper Creek Granodiorite. Ore concentration was supergene enrichment.

Area structures include block faulting trending NNW. Regional trends: minor Pre-Cretaceous E- and NE-trending folds and major Post-Cretaceous NNW-trending faults. Little structure discernable.

Workings include 3 pits about 400 feet apart along a line trending NE.
