A Pb-Cu-Au occurrence located 4.2 km (2.6 miles) E of Cottonwood Heights, along Big Cottonwood Canyon, near its mouth.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in rocks of the Little Willow unit (quartzite).

Local geologic structures include: The Wasatch Fault Zone.

Related tectonic structures include: The Uinta Arch.
