The Blue Funnel Gold Mine, is at the southern end of the goldfield, on the Zuleika Shear. It can be accessed either on a mine access road heading north-east from just north of the Kunanalling townsite, or south of the Bullant Gold Mine. It is about 5 kilometres north-east of Kunanalling, and is marked by a shallow open pit.
Gold ranges from 0.5 to 30 g/t, hosted in quartz-carbonate veins, within ultramafic schists.
An open cut down to 52 metres was developed from 1987-1988, producing 206 Kt of ore at 3.2 g/t. Reserves below the pit floor were estimated at 150 Kt at 4.5 g/t. Phoenix Gold re-opened the pit in 2013, producing 95 Kt at 2.5 g/t, the ore processed at the Greenfields (Three Mile Hill) plant at Coolgardie.
