The NGU has registered an iron deposit at the given coordinates.

The report says that there are several iron mines south of the Nevestadfjorden, called the Nevestad-Strømlandsheia district.

Unfortunately the name "Strømlandsheia" isn't on the map and neither Google produces a result.

The one specifically mentioned in this report -the Langeleikgruva mine- is supposed to be NW of the Tvitjern lake, but isn't visible on the altitude map.

There are several features on the altitude map that might or might not be a mine.

The main ore mineral is magnetite.

The coordinates are given for the NGU locality.

NGU Deposit Area 914 - 002
